Carole Ghosn decided to go to a Tokyo court on Thursday to respond to concerns as being a witness in a closed-door hearing over ex-Nissan chief Carlos Ghosletter’s so-called economic misconduct.
“She reacted in good faith as she had guaranteed to,” protection lawyer Junichiro Hironaka confirmed to reporters. He failed to state just what the questions was indeed. “we think that her responses could help Mr Ghosn win an acquittal,” said Hironaka, who was present in the court today.
